Where any person is sentenced by the Supreme Court to suffer the punishment of death, the Judge shall forthwith send a report of the sentence, with a copy of the inutes of Pro- ceedings and notes of evidence in the case, and with any obser- vations he thinks fit, to His Majesty's Minister in Jain or Corea as the case may be.
